William Franklin Simpson

William Franklin Simpson was born January 9, 1942  to Robert T. Simpson Sr. and Etta Claybrooks Simpson.  He was born a twin with his sister Wilma Grace Simpson.  He departed this life on March 15, 2003 at the Veterans Hospital Lakeside, Chicago.  He was preceded in death by his father and two brothers, Harvey  Simpson and James Simpson.
William lived in University Park, Ill., a south suburb of Chicago.  he was a Village Trustee.  William worked for R.J. Reynolds Co. for the past 20 years.  He leaves his wife of 30 years, Patricia Simpson; three children, Michael, William Jr. and Jennifer and five grandchildren, Dyamond, Diasia, Devon, Deshae and Dionte.  He also leaves to cherish his memories sisters and brothers, Mrs. Jeannine Baxter and Mrs. Marie Jackson (Walter) of Du Quoin, Earnestine Kennedy of lake Geneva, Wisconsin, Wilma Grace Simmons of Matteson, Pamela Gillespie of Kenosha, Wis., Mary Pinn of Springfield, Robert T. Simpson Jr. (Ann) of Flossmoor, George Simpson (Virginia) of Chicago, Andrew Cleo Gillespie (Seretha) of Des Moines, Iowa, Thomas Gilliespie of Du Quoin and Richard Gillespie of Selmer, Tenn.
Funeral arrangements were not complete.  Burial was in Chicago.
